Our Refund Policy

At This & That, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returning Items

You can return any item within 15 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

• Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number.
• Ship the item back to us with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.
• Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping.
